Tom DeStio
Tom has been in the audio/video business for more than 25 years. His experience includes director of new construction, sales manager, project manager and principal of his own manufactures representative company. Tom's focus and greatest talent has evolved into designing and implementing projects of various scopes, ranging from moderate to extensive. Recent and current projects include the design and implementation of a pre-wire plan for an 80 home gated luxury community on the North Shore of Long Island, system design for network TV Preview rooms, design and project management to upgrade a major television network's news room switching and control system, EMF friendly system design and several board and conference rooms. He has designed systems for many New York area homes incorporating automation and integration of audio/video distribution, HVAC control, automated/motorized shading and lighting and dedicated media rooms. Tom is an audiophile with intimate experience in the field. He possesses strong product knowledge, a passion for technology and a history of ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Tom's past and current clients range from luxury home owners, the most demanding decorators and designers to facility managers and contractors. Tom's work has been featured in many notable publications, including The Robb Report.
Dan Rosenfeld
Dan has been in the audio/video business for over 20 years. In addition to his many years in sales, Dan's managerial experience extends from marketing to operations to general management. Dan's talents are his keen business acumen, superior customer service, the ability to create and maintain efficient procedures, employee training, hiring and retaining talented and motivated employees. As an industry veteran, Dan's diversity and experience has helped him to understand the business climate and industry trends, and enabled him to stay ahead of the curve. Dan's many accomplishments include his recent tenure as general manager of the single largest specialty audio/video showroom on the east coast, and changing stagnant or under-performing businesses into thriving, profitable ones.
Jaron Argiz
Jaron has been in the audio/video industry for over 10 years, specializing in sales, project management, IT Services, service management, and system engineering. Over the years, Jaron has evolved into an expert in system design and installation implementation; his passion lies in new technology, automation, attention to detail, and audiophile sound. Jaron has designed and managed projects including multi-room distributed audio/video systems, dedicated theater rooms, and a major television network's screening room and conference room facility. Jaron has earned numerous technical certifications and serves as ADR's design and engineering guru. In his spare time, Jaron sings in an a cappella group.
Joe Paciullo
Joe has been in the industry for over thirty years. His experience has included sales, sales manager, buyer and general manager. Joe brings a wealth of product knowledge, passion for technology/information and tireless work habit. Joe’s experience ranges from whole house audio/video distribution during the construction phase to retro fitting music and video in completely finished homes and apartments. Joe is known for his commitment to total client satisfaction.
